Born and raised in Toronto, Chris Sargent began his career as a visual effects supervisor at Canadian VFX shop AXYZ. Drawing from his knowledge of cutting edge VFX technology, his work features thrilling, saturated and dynamic visuals. Since transitioning to become a commercial director in 2007, Chris has established himself as a top-class director who consistently creates visceral, visually exciting work. His work in car and sports commercials seamlessly utilize VFX to create imagined worlds and environments. His storytelling tone and style focus on aspects of individual strength and expression.
